Fermento is a project of four friends united by the passion for gastronomy and good wine. The restaurant is located on the western tip of the Algarve and offers a contemporary and young cuisine combined with artisanal wines and homemade fermented drinks. Here we bring out the best from small local producers through authentic cuisine and a careful selection of wines.
